Jamie Weaver specializes in tenant representation for national, regional and emerging concepts. Some of Jamie’s current clients include Torchy’s Tacos, In-N-Out Burger, Kohl’s, Floyd’s Barbershop, Mia’s Table, Aspen Dental, Sola Salon Studios, and Sweat 1000 among others. Prior to launching Arena, Jamie was a principal at Edge Realty Partners and a broker at Baker Katz, working with retailers on their real estate strategies. Jamie began his career in Dallas at Cypress Equities before becoming Director of Development for TRT Holdings, Inc., a privately-owned holding company, where he was responsible for site selection, acquisitions, development, asset management and dispositions related to the company’s real estate interests. From there, he became Director of Real Estate for Gold’s Gym International, Inc. (a TRT company) where he managed the corporate real estate portfolio. Jamie is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing golf.

Sara Allen

Partner

Sara Allen specializes in land advisory with a focus on restaurant and retail users. Sara currently manages new store site selection for many national and regional accounts including In-N-Out Burger, Public Storage, 7-Eleven, Torchy’s Tacos, and Primrose Schools among others. In addition to her user and developer driven experience, Sara has a proven track record in the marketing and disposition of land, where her creativity and strategic approach creates significant value for her clients. Before starting Arena Realty, Sara was a Principal at Edge Realty Partners where she helped launch the company in 2011 and grow it over the next 9 years. Sara has been named to the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter list numerous times and enjoys mentoring brokers as they enter the business. Sara graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2006, where she captained the women’s softball team and was a four-year monogram winner. She and her husband Ryan enjoy spending time at their family farm in Buffalo, Texas with their three children and golden retriever.

Ashley Borthwick

Director of Marketing & Research

Ashley Borthwick is responsible for design and execution of all digital and printed materials supporting Arena’s clients, as well as new business initiatives. Ashley’s extensive experience in mapping, aerials, and packaging information for tours or client committee meetings, makes her an invaluable part of our customer’s success. Prior to Arena, Ashley served as a Marketing Coordinator for Edge Realty Partners where she supported the brokers in their client requirements. Ashley is a graduate of Texas State University and enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids doing all things outdoors.
